Cannot Enter Pin

After logging into my account in Flyff and selecting a character, a window tells me I have to enter my 4-digit bank pin number. Problem is, no numbers show up on the buttons. Since I don't know what to click, it's impossible to play. I've logged into different accounts as well with no luck, and also reinstalled the patch. I'm hoping there is a way to fix this, since I would really like to play. P:
