MailBox item Freezes, need help. Empty MailBox item Freezes, need help.

Well, i purchased angel's gloves from the webstore. "Your item has been sent to your ingame mailbox."
I logged back in and the mailbox just freezes, and i can't take out the item i just bought.

Perhaps the admin or gm would like to help me get my item out from the mailbox?

please do it asap, i don't want to lose money for nothing.

Yep happened to me too... I bought sunstones and 2 gyoyos... When I open the post box, the game just crashes Crying or Very sad ... Please do something... Thank you...
