help pls!!! Empty help pls!!!

Now the admin is on and im trying to log in...i click the start button like normal and enter the game.When i go to the char selection room i select my char and now it load...It says "Connecting.Please wait." and it stays like it forever...i try again this time i logged in and got dced in 5-10 secs...i mean the dc way that i move and click dialog and nothing happens i cant go on board i cant use tele or char...that kinda dc!and i cant play like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!pls help.im s13!

if you cant connect then the server might be down ...just wait lol
