is server down??? Empty is server down???

Firstly i downloaded the new patch and opened it...at the first window(where it have to be the page wit webshop buffs jobchange etc.) it says "Auction canceled.The page cannot be displayed" I click start and when i write my ID and pass it say "Check your network" or something like it...PLEASE HELP!!! Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
